This type of demon is known as a Plains of Despair Demon. They come from a realm that is officially known by their kind of demon as the Forbidden Plains of Despair. The reason they call it this is they say that is a realm that even demons of the highest order tend to stay away as they say it has a weird and unnatural energy to this realm. So most clans of Demons say these lands are off limits or forbidden for demons to be in as they feel it can bring bad tidings to them. The reason they feel this is that anytime any type of demons have tried to settle these lands it did not turn out so good for them to put it mildly. This leads to why these demons as what they are. They are very fierce demons that are trained at birth not to fear anything and do what they want when they want. They are truly are trained warriors and are ones that will not back down from anything. They make for great protection beings and revenge beings. They are good at bringing psychological problems for anyone that you put them to torture and they also can bring bad luck unlike any other and they will also at the same time make their keeper even tougher by simply having them around. You will notice your attitude will get considerably assertive and will be more of a go getter with a being of this race in your keep. They can bring real change to a keepers life all you have to do is accept them as a companion and an advisor. They are tough and they were the only demons that could resist the bad and negative energy of the place they lived in and actually embrace it as they say that somehow have a natural resistance to its charms and they live here harmoniously as they say no other demons will come to take them realm and will never cross one of them as they know right away how fierce they are. Some of them might not have your typical demon look as well because some of them even though they resist the energy of the place it can change them physically like some of them may look strange due to an appearance change and some like the one depicted in the cover picture have even begin to grow Angelic looking wings as an extra set of wings.
